For this AC challenge- [link] "Static".

I'm not sure what they ment with the word "static" so I went with the first thing that came to mind and eventually this came out.

At last a use for cats asides from living decorations. ;)

My best guess that "Static" means your art tells a story, or you used multiple characters. I don't know for sure, for the "How to Draw" book was a bit vague on the definition.

The other two entries had one character, so I'm not surprised why this won, for you had both elements... Multiple characters and a story!
